I know what it feels like to struggle with body dysmorphia.
I know what it feels like to feel powerless when it came to food.
I know what it feels like to abuse your body 7 days a week in the gym for hours a day.
I know what it feels like to want to be able to maintain a healthy body fat percentage but yo yoing in my weight for years.

But eventually...

I broke out.

I learned how to maintain my weight.
I broke a disordered relationship with the scale.
I learned food freedom and food balance.
I became healthy, strong, and confident.
And...I Learned to love my body at all stages.

Today, I live my life with sustainability, zero obsessions, and since this I am able to maintain a lifestyle that reflects being fit, healthy, mindful, and most importantly, one that reflects self respect.

This is what I want for you.

Sustainable habits. A love for a fit & healthy lifestyle. Feeling strong in everything you do. And...embracing your feminine confidence everywhere you go.

Because truly...there is no better way to live than by being fit, strong, and healthy.

This is what true confidence is about

This is what true confidence is about - its about developing a never giving up attitude, falling in love with the process, and exercising your mind everyday to create the habits that will lead to a healthy and fit lifestyle. And once the lifestyle becomes a habit, the transformation will be just as beautiful on the outside, but more so, on the inside.

I get asked often what drives me. My answer is this, "I don't rely on motivation to get me from Point A to Point B. I have 3 simple principles: honesty, discipline, consistency, and sustainability.

In the midst of your pain, you have to realize it's going to be OK. Most people know what they want but they don't do anything about it. They are paralyzed with the idea of feeling pain. But...instead of living a lifetime of hardship and struggles, wouldn't you rather sacrifice a couple of months of temporary pain to get the life you've always wanted? Just remember, pain sucks but living the rest of your life in pain sucks even more.
